ep 1: quiet times + tips to finding it

do you find it a struggle to find many quiet moments in life? specifically ones that you can dedicate to you and God?

at one time or another, we all do. the reality of it is, quiet times aren’t always going to be quiet . . . . . and that’s totally okay. it’s about prioritizing things in the everyday so we can commune with God on a daily basis. that may look like reading verses off the window sill while you do dishes, praying while you’re on the toilet, or spending even just a couple minutes less on your phone. it’s truly different for all of us in different seasons of life.

on today’s episode, I go into some ways on the subject of quiet time and how I have found little moments when there doesn’t seem to be any. when we put it at the forefront of our minds as needed, it most definitely is doable. I list three main tips that I have found helpful and try to put into practice.
